It is with sadness that we report the death of Malcolm Kaill.   Although relatively recent members of Romsey Twinning, Malcolm and his wife Jane had been active participants in the Twinning exchanges with both Battenberg and Paimpol.  Malcolm was also very helpful and generous with advice and his expertise when we were constructing the Twinning website.  We send our condolences to his family.
